"Cuando Escucho Esta Cancion Mi Corazon Quiere Cantar"

***¡Más español! ¿Quién es excitado?***

Estoy feliz de estar vivo.
No me gusta bailar.
Me gusta leer
A trabajar diez horas es difícil.
Yo estudio español para aprender a hablar español.

Okay i'm done. and now i'm going to bed.

"It's all right 'Cause there's beauty in the breakdown So, let go, let go"

So my apartment is finally feeling like someone actually LIVES there! It is awesome! We got a couch and a big chair and the coffee table Diane bought and fixed up with Grandpa finally has a place and a purpose! Diane's piano is up here and it fits fabulously! We have a fridge full (ish) of food and this glorious Friday morning I made crepes, hash browns and bacon for Diane and myself this morning because I don't have school today and assuming Jack finds me a shift today (wish wish, hope hope!), I don't work until roughly 10 or 11 at the earliest. So in hopes of keeping a semi-schedule going all week, I got up at 7 to make this breakfast and then as soon as I'm finished with this blog post and dishes, I will be doing some homework until Jack calls.
I will post some pictures of this fabulous apartment I call mine (and Di's) as soon as it is clean aka as soon as I stop being lazy and clean my room.
Okay. I have nothing else to say right now, so I'm done.
Enjoy!

"I'm not the kind of girl who gives up just like that Oh, no"

As I'm sure all of you know, I'm back in Utah!
I'm home, I'm happy, I'm hyperventilating...
okay, well the last ones not true. Things are kind of stressful and crazy, but well so is life as a grown up. I know that things will get easier, but not until I struggle and become successful at being a grown up.
When is that going to happen again?
Anyway. Onto the good/new.
I am in school again! Praise Buddha! It is unbelievably awesome to be learning new things, to be having intellectual conversations again.
For those who care (aka my sisters and mom/dad), I am taking Spanish 1010, English 2600--Critical Intro to Literature, English 2850--LGBT studies, and Aerobics/Kickboxing.
It is going to rock! I am so excited! I am loving each class so much!
Other than that, I have a job, it just hasn't started yet. I will be (maybe) working at Office Max part-time, but Ikea has also called me for an interview so that might pay more than Office Max and if it does, well, logically I will take that job. And also, because O. M. isn't going to be paying an ideal amount, I will also be working a few shifts at..Subway. It isn't my favorite choice, but as I told dad, if I want to make adult decisions and live in my own apartment (!!!!!!!!) and pay my own bills and what not, I need to take the necessary steps to do that, and that includes taking some shifts at Subway because it is currently the highest pay...
And speaking of that apartment (!!!!!!!!), I am living in my very own (with Diane that is) apartment!! I LOVE it! It has its difficulties sure, but the benefits are so far awesome! But weird. It is still kinda bizarre to hang out with mom and then have to say "well, I better get going. it's late. I need to go home...cuz home is somewhere that isn't here." Also, it has been really nervewrecking. I strongly believe that this is what I'm supposed to be doing right now, but damn it is hard. Once my job (whichever one it may be) starts and I am actually earning money, I will be A LOT calmer, but until then, I'm a nervous wreck.
Other than that, I am happy, healthy, and still tan from Louisiana and the Bahamas!! I know most of you all know that I was there, and most of you have seen the pictures on Facebook (dad--look at them if you haven't!!), but I wanted proof on the blog that I went so...I'm posting my favorite pictures now. And then I'll be done!

"Oh, sweet Caroline Good times never seem so good I've been inclined to believe it never would"

So. I finally went to a RED SOX GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so AWESOME! We won of course (7-2). It was great! The Sox had to HR which was SO COOL!! (can you tell I'm excited?)
It was LDS night at Fenway, which basically means someone who deals in MA sports management likes us Mormons and gives us 1500 tickets or so for a discounted price but the deal is that we ("we" meaning some guy in the Cambridge ward) HAVE to sell them all. And so anyone wanting to go needed to place an order of 20 or more tickets. Luckily I have awesome friends who understood my strong desire to go to a game before I left, and a bunch of other people who just really really wanted to go! So I got to go!! It was everything I had hoped it would be and more!!!! I love my friends!! the two pictured are literally just the two I sat by. I love those boys dearly!! Phil and Jerr are just a two of my incrediblely awesome friends.
Lesley--the video is for you! (and everyone else of course!)

"so let go, jump in oh well, whatcha waiting for it's alright 'cause there's beauty in the breakdown"

Okay. So I have one week left. Holy. Crap. So with my time off I have done these things:
--Ran 3 miles along the Charles River (a VERY Boston thing to do)
--Biked 4 miles (to hang out with my (former) Bishop and his wife and their 2 beautiful little boys. I love them dearly. That whole family has become so special to me.)
--Slept in until 9/10 each morning
--Ran 2 miles with the Pritchett's little tiny dog
--Discovered how much I LOVE R.E.M, Pearl Jam, and Oasis...
--Perfected one song on Guitar Hero (the Wii version) on Medium ->Heartbreaker by Pat Benatar.
--went to dinner with about 9 of my friends tonight as part one (apparently) of my Going Away Party (or as my friend Rob called it, my 'mourning while celebrating' party) to an AMAZING Japanese restaurant in Boston's Chinatown called Shabu-Zen. Check out the link to see how cool it is. And it was so cool!!! You literally cook your own food in a BOILING (hotter than boiling) water. 5 seconds and a thinly sliced piece of beef is PERFECTLY cooked. It was so so cool!!!!!!
--Went to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
Words can not explain how amazing this museum is...ask Diane, I tried to. The pictures below are of the indoor courtyard. the part of the building that is seen in them is based on a building in Venice, Italy (no wonder I love it right??). The art inside was very cool as well, amazing rare pieces-OLD too. But I am STILL in awe of how incredibly beautiful this courtyard is..PLEASE PLEASE check out the link..it is worth it.
I went on Thursday, July, 23rd. It was free for some Neighborhood thing..I don't fully understand it, but hey. It was free and so unbelievably worth the travel time..

--Went to the Museum of Fine Arts on Wednesday, July 22nd because thanks to the wonderfully awesome Target (yes, the store), it is FREE (as opposed to $25) on Wednesdays after 4. I hadn't ever been before, but have been told many MANY times that I need to see it. I'm so glad I did! I especially loved the old Egyptian and Greek exhibits. So beautiful..so detailed. Museums are so incredible..

--Tomorrow I will be going to a.....RED SOX GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Here we go Red Sox, Here we go!" :D :D I'm way excited!!!!!! I love my friends, I love my life, and I LOVE Boston.
Okay, I'm done for now.
